A Cape Table Cookbook

The exceptional cuisine at our restaurants on the farm inspired our chefs at Vergelegen to create this beautiful cookbook. Our chef teams are inspired by the time of the year, and work with nature to produce dishes that inlcude ingredients grown and foraged from our farm and surrounds.

Through food, we invite you to discover Vergelegen and relish in it's abundance.
